Payment

  • Your credit/debit card will only be processed when orders are despatched.
    Please allow longer for cheque payments.
    We will reserve your goods as soon as your order is received, but cannot despatch your order until your cheque has cleared. This usually takes 7 working days.

Returns
Return your order to us within 21 days. Complete with returns form. Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels etc still attached. Once we've received them back, we will arrange to either credit you or replace the goods with a different size or colour, whichever you prefer. Certain products may need to be returned to our suppliers for inspection before a refund can be issued. Please note all complete orders (excluding exchanges, faulty goods and items returned within 7 days) returned for a refund will incur a £3.99 re-stocking fee.

  • In order to return an item(s) please follow the instructions provided on the reverse of your delivery note.
  • You must then complete the returns form, which is on the back of your delivery note with the relevant information, and return it to our address below.
